These Terms govern your use of maxmini.video and the MaxMini Video creation service. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to enter into this agreement. You are responsible for your account credentials and activity performed through your account.

Your content and permissions

You retain rights you hold in content you submit. You grant MaxMini Video the limited rights required to process that content and provide the service. You must own or have permission to use every uploaded image, video, audio recording, likeness, prompt, and other input.

Responsible use

You may not use MaxMini Video to create illegal, exploitative, deceptive, harassing, non-consensual, or sexually explicit impersonation content; content involving minors; or media intended to defraud or mislead. You must clearly disclose AI-generated media when context could otherwise mislead viewers.

Plans, credits, and billing

Paid plans provide the credits and service access shown at checkout. Taxes, renewal timing, cancellation options, and any model-specific credit costs are disclosed in the product or checkout interface. You authorize the stated charges and are responsible for keeping billing information current.

Service availability

AI outputs are probabilistic and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable. MiniMax H3 is the default highlighted model, but available models, limits, features, credit costs, and performance may change. We may suspend activity that threatens users, third parties, or the service.

Intellectual property and independence

MaxMini Video software, branding, and site content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. MiniMax, Hailuo, and related model names or marks belong to their respective owners. MaxMini Video is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by MiniMax or its affiliates.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. MaxMini Video is not responsible for how you use generated content. Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
