This Privacy Policy explains how MaxMini Video collects, uses, and protects information when you use maxmini.video and its AI video creation services.
Information we collect
We may collect account details, billing and transaction records, support messages, product usage data, device and log information, and the prompts, images, videos, audio, and other content you submit to create videos.
How we use information
We use information to operate and secure the service, process generations and payments, provide support, prevent abuse, improve reliability, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Uploaded and generated content
Uploaded content and generated results may be processed by infrastructure, payment, storage, and AI service providers solely as needed to deliver and support the requested service. This may include MiniMax H3 or another model you select. Do not upload content you do not own or have permission to use.
Retention and security
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, legal compliance, dispute resolution, and security. No system is completely secure, but we use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards.
Cookies and optional services
Necessary storage supports security, your account session, and your privacy preferences. Optional services remain off until you choose to enable their category. Rejecting optional services does not prevent you from signing in, creating content, contacting support, or purchasing a plan.
- Statistics: when configured, Google Analytics, Plausible, and Cloudflare Web Analytics measure usage and performance only after you enable statistics.
- Marketing: advertising and referral attribution require a separate marketing choice. A Google Tag Manager container that can load marketing tags requires both statistics and marketing consent.
- Optional features: automatic Google One Tap and third-party chat widgets such as Crisp or Tawk require optional-feature consent. You can still explicitly start sign-in or use our support page without enabling these features.
- Payments: Stripe is loaded when you begin checkout to process the payment you requested and help prevent fraud. This is separate from advertising consent.
The Privacy preferences control remains available on every page. You can reject, accept, customize, or withdraw your choice at any time. Your preference is stored for up to 180 days on this site, with a version and timestamp; it is not shared with another brand. Withdrawal reloads the page to stop active optional services and clears optional cookies and storage that this site can control. It cannot delete data already sent to a provider or cookies stored on another provider's domain. Contact us for requests concerning previously collected personal information.
Optional providers may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser information, and the pages or events covered by the category you enabled. We do not load optional providers merely because you continue browsing. Retention and deletion rights also depend on the provider and applicable law.
Your choices
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, or export of personal information. You may also manage or delete eligible creations from your account.
Contact
For privacy questions or requests, contact support@maxmini.video.
Information by purpose
Account and sign-in details support access and security. Job identifiers, prompts, selected references, model settings and results support the generation you request. Transaction references and credit records support billing, accounting and fraud prevention. Support messages are used to investigate the issue you report. Technical connection and error information supports delivery and security; optional measurement follows your privacy preferences. We do not need your complete payment-card number in a support message.
Providers, publication and international processing
The selected AI service receives the inputs and settings needed to perform your request; hosting, storage, authentication, payment and communication providers handle information needed for their respective functions. Processing can occur outside your country. Applicable transfer safeguards and provider obligations depend on the service and law. Do not assume that a third-party provider's retention or training practices match another provider's. Contact us before submitting material that requires a particular processing arrangement.
Your account history and media deliberately published in a public gallery are different surfaces. Do not publish a result or reference containing personal information unless you have the necessary permission. Public media may be copied or indexed by others.
Retention, requests and complaints
Retention is assessed by purpose: providing account history, resolving a job or support request, security, accounting and legal duties. Deleting a visible item does not necessarily erase backups, billing records or a provider's records immediately. We do not promise a universal retention period or unconditional deletion. Request account or data assistance at support@maxmini.video from the address associated with your account. We may ask for proportionate identity verification. Tell us the data category and request rather than sending a password or private media. Where applicable, you may complain to your data-protection authority.
Changes and related notices
We publish the current date at the top of this notice. Material changes may also be communicated through the service. See Cookies and preferences, Contact and Terms.
