MaxMini Video terms and conditions
The terms governing accounts, submitted content, responsible use, purchases, and availability of MaxMini Video.
Last updated: 2026-10-19

Contracting party and service operator: DREAMEGA INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. Registered office: 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States.
These Terms govern your use of maxmini.video and the MaxMini Video creation service. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter into this agreement. You are responsible for your account credentials and activity performed through your account.
Your content and permissions
You retain rights you hold in content you submit. You grant MaxMini Video the limited rights required to process that content and provide the service. You must own or have permission to use every uploaded image, video, audio recording, likeness, prompt, and other input.
Acceptable use and content policy
Your use of MaxMini Video is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these Terms. You may not use the service to create, upload, request, or share:
- Sexual or NSFW content in any context, including pornography, nudity, sexually explicit or suggestive material, "nudify" edits, and any sexual content involving minors or anyone who appears to be a minor;
- Violent or gory content, including graphic violence, gore, torture, terrorism, or content that promotes or threatens violence or self-harm;
- Hate speech or harassment that attacks or demeans people based on protected characteristics such as race, ethnicity, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, or disability;
- Content that infringes copyright or trademarks, including unauthorized use of copyrighted works, characters, logos, or brand identities;
- Deepfakes and impersonation: realistic content depicting a real person saying or doing something they did not, face swaps, or voice or lip-sync cloning of another person without their documented consent, and any content intended to defraud or mislead;
- any other content that is illegal or violates the rights of others.
You must clearly disclose AI-generated media when context could otherwise mislead viewers.
Moderation and reporting. Prompts are automatically screened before generation and flagged requests are refused; the AI models we use also apply their own safety filters, and the public community gallery only shows content approved by our team. You can report content that violates these rules by emailing support@maxmini.video with the subject "Content Report" or through our Support page. We may remove violating content and suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules.
Plans, credits, and billing
Paid plans provide the credits and service access shown at checkout. Taxes, renewal timing, cancellation options, and any model-specific credit costs are disclosed in the product or checkout interface. You authorize the stated charges and are responsible for keeping billing information current.
Service availability
AI outputs are probabilistic and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable. MiniMax H3 is the default highlighted model, but available models, limits, features, credit costs, and performance may change. We may suspend activity that threatens users, third parties, or the service.
Intellectual property and independence
MaxMini Video software, branding, and site content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. MiniMax, Hailuo, and related model names or marks belong to their respective owners. MaxMini Video is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by MiniMax or its affiliates.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. MaxMini Video is not responsible for how you use generated content. Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
Contact
Questions about these Terms may be sent to support@maxmini.video.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to mandatory consumer law, disputes shall be brought in the state or federal courts serving Sheridan County, Wyoming.
Prices, credits and recurring plans
Review the displayed currency, price, credit quantity, validity and renewal terms before checkout. A generation quote depends on the selected model and settings; a plan does not promise a fixed number of results. Where a recurring plan is offered, cancel it through the account controls before the next renewal to stop later recurring charges. Cancellation and payment refunds are separate; the refund policy describes existing eligibility conditions. Mandatory consumer rights are unaffected.
Output review and commercial use
An AI result is not guaranteed to be unique, factually accurate, copyrightable or cleared of third-party rights. Review it before publication. Your intended use must respect the selected provider's applicable rules and any rights in inputs, likenesses, music, marks or other material. We do not grant rights that we do not hold. Keep copies of the media and records you need.
Account restrictions and resolving problems
We may restrict activity that violates these terms, compromises security or threatens another person's rights. If you believe a restriction or credit record is incorrect, contact support@maxmini.video with the relevant job or transaction reference. We may need to verify your account. Do not attempt to evade a restriction by creating duplicate accounts or resubmitting prohibited content.
Related policies and changes
The privacy policy, acceptable-use policy and refund policy explain particular parts of the service. We may update the terms for future use; we identify the current version by its date and communicate material changes where required. Nothing here overrides a protection that cannot lawfully be excluded.
